Due to Gonvarri's commitment to offering its clients the highest guarantee in service and quality, the Group's galvanizing lines not only supply the national market, but also the rest of our clients in Southern Europe.
The main feature of these lines is their immense flexibility. As a result, we are able to assist clients with very short response times and we can supply different types of galvanized sheet metal to our priority markets, specifically the automotive, construction, household appliance and furniture markets.

The entire design of the lines has been conceived so that the components meet the criteria of quality established for manufacturing materials. They have quick roller change mechanisms and quick operation furnaces. The lines use Flux technology in order to obtain an excellent coating quality while offering greater flexibility in changing manufacturing campaigns than with traditional furnaces.
Equipped with the most complete physical and chemical treatment systems, maximum cleanliness is achieved and perfect coating adherence is ensured. In addition, the flatness and surface characteristics of the sheet metal are guaranteed through Skin-pass and low tension levelling processes.

Main Characteristics
High cleaning capacity in the pre-treatment, chemical and electrolytic degreasing areas and in the pickling area. Flux technology that minimises the thermal impact on the steel.

Sheet metal finishing through Skin-pass and low tension levelling. Control of the uniformity of the coating through an X-ray system working in a closed loop.

The great versatility allows us to produce the different types of galvanized sheet metals needed to supply our priority markets, specifically the automotive, construction, household appliance and furniture markets.

Quality
With the main objective of satisfying our clients, our organisation works according to a Quality Management System based on the ISO-TS 16949-2002 Standard. By strictly complying with the system, we were able to obtain certification and we can now guarantee supplies to any client in the world.

Safety
One of Gonvarri's most important values is guaranteeing the safety of both its employees and its contractors and visitors. Our management system contemplates legal specifications and includes periodic audits.

Environment
In accordance with the Group's environmental policy, particular emphasis has been placed on protecting the environment. All line processes have been adapted to the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard and the system has been certified accordingly. Our ongoing efforts to continuously improve our processes keeps our management system alive and evolving and can be seen on a day-to-day basis in the work of all our personnel.
