As a steel service centre cognisant of our clients' exigent demands, our Group's objective is to guarantee the supply of products to our clients, evaluating their satisfaction and focusing our managerial approach towards continuous improvement.

Within this context, and in order to ensure a high level of quality while maintaining prestige, leadership in service and client enthusiasm, we have established the following principles as a reference framework:

• Optimise internal management, providing the value our customers require and focussing the organization on attaining the general objectives of quality which are periodically revised by the Group's Management.

• Maintain and continuously improve our Managerial System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNE - ISO/TS 16949:2002 Standards and maintain and improve communication, training and awareness of all workers in order to provide our clients with reliability and win their loyalty.

• Audit and inspect our systems periodically to check their implementation, efficacy and efficiency.
