Founded in 1978, this Company transforms flat iron and steel products by means of cutting and surface treatment.

Located in the municipal area of Sagunto, the facilities boast a total surface area of 110,000 m2, 63,000 m2 of which are buildings.

The processes of cutting iron and steel materials are carried out in slitting lines (to obtain smaller rolls or coils), in cut-to-length lines, in presses or shears for different shapes and in plasma and punch cutting lines depending on the client's requirements. The production capacity of these processes is over 525,000 MT/year.

The plastic coating process is carried out on a line where the PVC film is attached to the standard coated steel, obtaining a product with an optimum protection and presence for different applications. The production capacity is 12,000 MT/year.

The cold and coated coil organic protection and alkaline based, hot cleaning line processes more than 20,000 MT/year.

The hot pickling process of rolled coil is carried out with hydrochloric acid and has a production capacity of over 400,000 MT/year.

Skin-pass of 2000 for coil surface treatment - production capacity of 200,000 MT/year.

The constant updating of production equipment and systems is the basis for always being able to provide the market with the latest innovations in finishes and quality.

All types of transport vehicles can easily access the facilities. The facilities are readily accessible by road given their proximity to the metropolitan area of Valencia. For railway transport the facilities have a 300 metre long siding on the Sagunto-Puerto de Sagunto stretch, in the surrounding area of the Valencia-Tarragona train lines, that also enables quick access to the main transportation hubs such as the Valencia Autonomous Area Port and its container station. With a draught of 9.5 metres and an iron and steel product traffic of 2.5 million tonnes the Port of Sagunto's facilitated accessibility is also worthy of mention.
