Gonvauto Thüringen
It is located in the “Erfurter Kreuz” industrial estate in Thuringia, one of
Germany's most industrially developed regions, which boasts an advanced infrastructure
providing optimum access by both train and motorway – the A-4 (Frankfurt - Dresden) and A-71
(in the direction of Stuttgart).It began operations in February 2007, setting up a
longitudinal cutting line and press shop, with a floor area of 13,100 metres squared.
It currently has 17,704 metres squared, with double the storage space it had when its
activity began. In July 2008 it began operating a new longitudinal cutting line and also
has a new press shop that was put into operation in April 2009 and whose current installed
production capacity is 300,000 tonnes per year.
GTH is a service centre specialising in supplying Tier 1 Automotive Dealerships, as well
as directly supplying Automobile Manufacturers (OEM). It is capable of supplying any point
in Germany, whilst at the same time being able to provide services to any sheet metal customers
who may so require them.
In accordance with the company's strict quality policy we are certified in accordance with
the ISO TS 16.949: 2002, ISO 9001: 2000, as well as with the ISO 14.001: 1999 for the Environment
and the OSHAS 18.001: 1999 as regards Occupational Health and Safety.
