Blanking
These are cutting lines that process irregular shapes. Using a specific tool, forms can be adapted to the final shape of the part.
These lines are made up of a feeding line (similar to that of a cut-to-length line), a press and a highly accurate stacker, and are designed to process high
surface quality sheet metal, such as that used in the automotive bodywork and parts industry (zinc plated parts, high resistance steels, stainless steel, prepainted steel, aluminium, different thicknesses, etc.).
These lines can be equipped with oscillating dies to cut trapeziums.
Other aspects also characterise current press lines: swiftness in changing products (mobile tables, rapid clamping, quick connecting dies, etc.). Easy maintenance and good ergonomics are also advances that set the current facilities apart.
