Electrogalvanizing

Through a continuous electrolytic process, the coil strip is coated with zinc, either on one or both sides, using an electric current. The surface finish includes the NO-RINSE treatment, oiling, phosphating, chroming and passivating.

As a result, the electro-galvanized strip, with the cathode protection provided by the zinc, is corrosion resistant and provides an unbeatable surface and paintable finish, along with excellent deep drawing and welding properties.
