Extending operational life of Solar Steel structures

Gonvarri MS R&D, our R&D centre located in Asturias (Spain), is working on the fatigue design of solar trackers to extend their operational life in the project “EXO-LISS – Extending operational life of Solar Steel structures” in collaboration with the Dynamics, Materials and Structures Research Group (DyMaSt) of the University of Oviedo, specialised in structural dynamics, modal analysis and fatigue of materials and structures.

EXO-LISS project is funded by the 2023 Public-private collaboration call of the State Research Agency of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, with file number CPP2023-010435 and period of execution between October 2024 and September 2027.
