Registered office and tax domicile: C\/ Embajadores s\/n, Madrid.<\/p>

Gonvarri Corporaci\u00f3n Financiera S.L. and its subsidiaries form the Gonvarri Group (hereinafter Gonvarri Industries, Gonvarri or the group).<\/p>

The Group is part of Grupo Holding Gonvarri, S.L., whose parent company is Holding Gonvarri, S.L. The company Acek Desarrollo y Gesti\u00f3n Industrial, S.L. is the ultimate holding company controlling the Group with a direct and indirect stake of 65%.<\/p>

Reporting period<\/strong><\/p>

The reporting period coincides with the financial year of the Group\u2019s financial statements, i.e. it covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2025.<\/p>

Scope of the Report<\/strong><\/p>

It is prepared in accordance with a control-based approach (financial and operational) and includes all group companies engaged in industrial activities, as well as certain commercial entities of no material significance. Furthermore, in accordance with the materiality criterion, the Vama Gonvarri Automotive Solutions Group\u2019s factories in China are also included.<\/p>

With regard to the 2024 financial year, Rejillas Calibradas, S.L. and its subsidiaries (SIMA, L\u00e1mina Perforada, Chapa Perforada, Perfometal) and the Resende plant in Brazil, in which we hold a 25% stake and have operational control, have been included in the scope of the Sustainability Report. None of these additions has required a recalculation of the base year.<\/p>

With regard to 2024, Addimen Bizkaia has been excluded from the reporting scope.<\/p>

Annex V of this report details the companies included in the group. The \u2018Global Presence\u2019 section of this report details the companies with industrial activities included and excluded from the report.<\/p>

Differences between the scope of the Report and the Financial Statements.<\/strong><\/p>

For companies with industrial activities, accounted for using the equity method and which have in turn been included in the Sustainability Report, the consolidation criterion has been full consolidation. This criteria applies to the companies of the Gonvvama group (Changshu, Chongqing, Shenyang and Loudi) and Resende.<\/p>

Report methodology<\/strong><\/p>
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. In drafting it, consideration has been given to the audited financial statements prepared by the Board of Directors, as well as the information provided by the business units and corporate departments regarding the business model, the challenges and risks faced by the company, and its social, environmental, economic and governance performance. The participating organisations guarantee the integrity of the information included in this Report.<\/p>
Significant changes<\/strong><\/p>
As part of the Carbon Neutral Plan and the Gonvarri Group\u2019s system for the continuous monitoring and review of energy and emissions data, minor adjustments were identified in 2025 regarding certain energy consumption figures from previous financial years, which have been updated in the tables in this report. Following analysis, these adjustments represent less than 5% of the Group\u2019s total energy consumption and do not alter the trends, conclusions or climate performance reported in the 2024 Report.<\/p>
